Members who wish to have their names and telephone numbers included in the 2010 Members' Book should, if not previously done, complete and submit the Privacy Agreement found here.

There is a waiting list for membership in the Club, and it typically takes several years to attain membership after being added to the list.  Information on how to have your name added to our waiting list is available in a downloadable pdf form here.
